Do you like working in the kitchen – preparing traditional and inspiring food? Then this is a line of study for you!
Students are given a wide variety of different types of tasks and exercises, both theoretical and practical. These are some of the things you learn more about:

preparing a wide variety of foods

learning to taste and evaluate food

healthy eating
-
the importance of physical exercise

how to treat customers
-
how to deal with different types of raw materials
-
calculate the amount of food you need to prepare in a given situation
-
French vocabulary for kitchen utensils and dishes
-
school trip to France at the end of the second school year
For the second year you can choose to specialize in cooking and/or being a waiter at our school.
We expect you to be a motivated and interested student who takes responsibility for yourself and your fellow students. You come to school/ work on time and you are reliable.
